Elizandra Zanotti is responsable for all of the projects. She oversees the departments and takes care of all the agency needs. Through her department, all of the other areas of the agency are linked.

Elizandra has a major in International Business. She worked previously for 7 years on the Financial field and she has been working on management for the past 12 years. In this role she was able to work in a combination of marketing, sales and customer service departments which have all helped shape her skills as a project manager.

In addition to her project management duties, Elizandra assumes the role of project related assistance coordinator. In this role she helps by offering advice and ideas for improving Lytron’s client interaction.

Since joining Lytron Web Agency, Liz has worked on all of the projects giving only her best.

Sales & Marketing Consulting:

Flavia Proenca is responsible for expanding our business and providing consultation services to our clients.  With a strong background in sales and online marketing,  Flavia helps our clients put their marketing dollars to their best use.

Patricia Torres Grant is post graduated in Marketing and and have been hired by Lytron to provide free marketing consulting service, verifying, case by case, the best solution to help your business to grow.

Web Development, Production and Maintenance:

Romulo Barbosa is the Director of Production. He is a multi-task, keeping our agency running smooth and our processes tight. He handles all the technical parts of the business. Romulo is the one responsible for the websites development, with their systems and technicalities. His expertise in development drives the daily success of Lytron’s clients.

Since 2001 Romulo invested in Lytron Design as a co-founder and in 2004 he joined the agency as a project manager, which gave him a complete perspective of all of the departments.

All the maintenance requests are supervised by him and he makes sure all the sites will run secure, fast and with the latest technology.

Romulo helps Lytron Web Agency stay on the cusp of breaking technologies and emerging trends by evaluating and recommending new software, programming capabilities and partnerships to bring to our customers only the best.

Jose Guimaraes is the Production and Support Technician, and by Romulo’s side he is able to perform and supervise all the requests that our costumers introduce in the Maintenance Ticket System.

He is graduating in Computer Science at BCC – FL and his sharpness and concentration are an amazing differential in his skills, providing the greatest support service on the web.

Web Design and Online Marketing:

Mariana Barbosa is the Director of Creative Strategy at Lytron Web Agency, she oversees all the creative output, thinking imaginatively and producing eye-catching design solutions at all times. She graduated in 1999 in business management and has 10 years of experience as a web designer.

With her Team of 3 designers and 2 content experts, she is the brain behind each project developing an exclusive and unique look for each one of our costumers.

Mariana also oversees the online marketing specialists team. She is specialized in digital marketing, focusing on social media marketing, search engine optimization, and content management.

Her Team of 4 specialists in Social Media Marketing and Search Engine Marketing is up and running in the same speed that the changes come in the tech world.

She is an enthusiastic and passionate designer, who encourages the team to not only meet, but exceed the clients’ expectations.

Danne Ravina assists with SEO and SEM as an online marketing coordinator. She is graduated in Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering and loves marketing and everything about it. She oversees our marketing team.
