Maintenance Request

Please keep in mind:
- Maintenances requests must be submitted here or emailed to support@lytrondesign.com;
- You will receive a ticket number and a confirmation email, so you can track the progress of your request;
- Phone requests will not be accepted for any reason (to better assist all of our customers, we must track and keep records of all the maintenance tickets);
- If you have a maintenance plan with us, most of your maintenance requests will be performed within 2 to 3 business days*;
- If you still don’t have a maintenance plan, usually we take 3 to 4 business days* and the maintenance hours must be paid before the maintenance is performed based on an estimated time frame.
*Sometimes we can perform maintenances within hours, it will depend on our schedule with another customers and also the difficulty of the request.
