The practical part of the project comes with these steps:
1. The Initial Consultation: These consultations usually happen by phone. They are completely free and without obligation. An initial consultation is an exchange of information. We'll answer any questions you have, and find out what kind of web site you are planning or considering. The purpose is to provide you with enough information to allow you to decide whether you want to go on to the next step, the writing of a detailed Estimate. Please feel free to call us during business hours: (954)346-4469 or contact us through e-mail: info@lytrondesign.com
2. Estimate Preparation: Lytron Design will spend more time gathering information and write an Estimate for the potential web site. You can also get an instant quote clicking here.
3. Signing of Agreement: Lytron Design prepares a standard contract including a detailed description of the planned web site and a cost estimate. 50% of the total estimated cost will be charged, is due upon signing of the Agreement.

4. Worksheet Preparation: This is the step that we will discuss with you about your preferences: colors, design, web sites that you like, web sites that you don't like, styles, keywords, etc... This is the map to build your project. Click here to download the worksheet. You should print it, sign it, and fax it to: (954)346-4469
5. Content Gathering: Text and graphic content must be gathered before most work can begin on the site. Lytron Design will assist you in pulling together the text, logo, graphics, and photographs needed for the site, but it's important to be aware that a web site project does require work on your part.
6. Page Layout Drafts: Next, page layout and visual design begins. The site's Main Page is designed first. Lytron Design produces a draft based upon the content, needs, and preferences provided, and uploads this site to a private location on the Internet where the client can view it: www.lytrondesign.com/yourcompany. The client's feedback is solicited, and this feedback used to produce a final design.
7. Final Site Testing: The site is thoroughly tested on the actual server. You'll have another chance to review it for any minor changes or corrections. Lytron Design submits the site to major free search engines.
8. Site Launch
Lytron Design' work is done, and payment balance is due. |
